Summary: Adults undergoing Liver transplant wanted for tissue donation study.

UVa Health System, Department of Surgery, Transplant Division seeks adults ages 18 and up who will be undergoing a liver resection or biopsy for a research study.

The purpose of the study is to collect liver tissue that would normally be discarded after a liver biopsy/resection. This study involves no additional visits besides standard of care.

No compensation is provided for this study.
