Trial Information
Summary: A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Parallel Group, Multicenter Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Ad5FGF-4 in Female Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris Who are Not Candidates for Revascularization.
Researchers at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA are currently enrolling women who suffer from chest pain due to heart disease. If you have had a prior bypass graft or stent procedure but still have chest pain, and can take an exercise treadmill test, you may be eligible to enroll in this research study. The study includes 2-3 screening visits, 6 study visits, and yearly phone follow-up for four years. The study will reimburse out-of-pocket expenses.
