Summary: ARE YOU TAKING ATENOLOL OR METOPROLOL TO MANAGE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE?

You may be eligible to participate in a research study at Brigham and Women’s Hospital to see if melatonin supplementation can help lower your blood pressure.

Earn up to $2,000.00 if you are:

•35-65 years of age
•Taking at least 50 mg of Atenolol or at least 100 mg of Metoprolol per day
•Otherwise healthy

- Participants will undergo a medical screening, including a sleep screen, which can take up to 3 weeks.

- After the screening, the study will take approximately 6 weeks during which you will spend two separate four-day stays at our facility at Brigham and Women's Hospital to monitor sleep, blood pressure, and various hormones.
