Summary: Moderate to Severe Plaque Psoriasis

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of consecutive use with Clobex® Spray followed by Silkis® Ointment in subjects with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.

Study drug and study procedures will be made available to you at no cost.

To qualify, you must:

• Be at least 18-80 years old
• Be diagnosed with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis

You will not qualify if you:

• Are pregnant or breast-feeding
• Have participated in a clinical drug or device trial within the last 30 days
