A study of the use of donepezil hydrochloride (Aricept ) in 10 to 17 year olds with Down Syndrome (Trisomy 21)

Study Inclusion / Exclusion Criteria:
  • Trisomy 21 Down Syndrome, mild to moderate congnitive dysfunction
  • Between the ages of 10 and 17
  • Residing in the community with a caregiver
  • Have no unstable health conditions
  • Be able to submit to blood tests
  • The child should be verbal
  • On stable doses of medications
