Summary: Rheumatoid Arthritis PK Study

Randomized double-blind placebo controlled study to evaluate the safety and Pharmokinetic profile of a study drug administered once daily in patients with RA. This is a 7 week study, patients will receive all study related exams at no cost.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

• RA for at least 6 months
• Male or female (must be willing to use acceptable forms of birth control)
• BMI 17.5-35.5 (must weigh over 110 lbs.)

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

• No significant cardiac disease
• Chronic or serious infection within 6 months prior to first dose (including Herpes)
• Positive TB test without documentation of treatment
• Cancer in past 5 years (except BCC,SCC, cervical in situ)
• HIV or Hepatitis B or C
• Blood donation within 56 days
