Summary: Heart Failure (HF) patients - Study Device

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the benefits of the use of the HF Pressure Measurement System with heart failure patients, in reducing hospitalizations related to the disease process.The system will be permanently placed into the pulmonary artery and cannot be removed, even if you withdraw from the study.

Study drug and study procedures will be made available to you at no cost.

To qualify, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be diagnosed with heart failure

You will not qualify if you:

  • Are pregnant or breast-feeding
  • Have active infection
  • Are likely to undergo heart transplantation during the clinical trial
  • Have a hypersensitivity or allergy to aspirin or clopidogrel
  • Have participated in a clinical drug or device trial within the last 30 days.
