Summary: Are a woman whose life is disrupted due to Overactive Bladder?

Many adults suffer with an overactive bladder.

Are you a female and 18-70 years of age?

HOPE Research Institute is conducting a clinical research study on an investigational medication for the treatment of overactive bladder. Qualified participants will receive study care by a board-certified urologist, and study-related tests, exams, and study medication at no charge. Also, you may receive compensation for your time and travel.

This study is being conducted in Phoenix, AZ.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

• Females age 18-70 diagnosed with Over Active Bladder
• Urge urinary incontinence at least 5 episodes per week
• Urgency at least 1 episode per 24 hours
• Urinary frequency at least 8 times in a 24 hour period.

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

• Stress incontinence
• Frequent urinary tract infections
• Bladder pain
• Over active bladder treatment with in last 30 days
• Urological surgery with in the last four months
• Weigh less than 88 lbs
• Allergic to Tolterodine (Detrol LA)
