A study of the use of donepezil hydrochloride (Aricept ) in 10 to 17 year olds with Down Syndrome (Trisomy 21)
Study Inclusion / Exclusion Criteria:
- Trisomy 21 Down Syndrome, mild to moderate congnitive dysfunction
- Between the ages of 10 and 17
- Residing in the community with a caregiver
- Have no unstable health conditions
- Be able to submit to blood tests
- The child should be verbal
- On stable doses of medications
