Summary: Gout

Ridgeview Research is participating in a clinical research study for an investigational medication. This medication will be compared to a commonly used marketed medication. There is no placebo (inactive substance).

Study Length:
14 days

# Visits:
8 days of study medication

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

• 18 years of age or older
• History of gouty arthritis or current symptoms of gout.
• Females must be postmenopausal, surgically sterile or using birth control since their last period prior to start of study and during the study.

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

• Diagnosis of any other type of arthritis
• Any sensitivity to previously taken NSAIDs (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen)
• Have had a stroke or have any other heart conditions
