Summary: Teens & migraines

Is your child suffering?

Migraines are throbbing headaches that can be accompanied by nausea, and light and sound sensitivity. For teenagers, these headaches can be so painful that they interfere with daily life at home and school.

CLINICAL RESEARCH STUDY EXCLUSIVELY ENROLLING TEENS WITH MIGRAINES

To qualify, teenagers must be:

  • Ages 12-17
  • Diagnosed with migraines or experiencing moderate to severe headaches that:
    • last 2 hours or more
    • occur 2 to 8 times a month for at least 6 months
  • Accompanied by a parent or guardian to each study visit.

Participating teens receive at no cost:

  • A comprehensive study-related medical evaluation
  • Study medication
  • Ongoing study-related care by medical professionals

Compensation for time and travel may be provided.

Your teen’s personal information remains confidential at all times.
