Summary: Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) - Adults

People with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) are asked to participate in a research study involving experimental drug/ therapy being conducted by North Shore University Hospital. A Phase 1b Study of SGN-40 (anti-huCD40 mAb) in Combination with Rituximab and Gemcitabine for the Treatment of Patients with Relapsed or Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) - Adults

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Have been diagnosed with DLBCL

You may not participate in this study if you:

  • Have a history (within 6 months) of stroke, unstable angina, heart attack, or other cardiac condition
  • Have received allogeneic stem cell transplant
  • Had major surgery within 4 weeks
  • Have any active systemic viral, bacterial, or fungal infection requiring intravenous anti-infectives within 4 weeks
  • Have HIV, hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
  • Have a history of central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma
  • Have dementia or altered mental status or any serious underlying medical condition or psychiatric illness
  • Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or intend to become pregnant during the study
