Summary: Psoriasis Study Drug

The primary purpose of this study is to find out the safety of the study drug when it is given to people with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis. Another purpose of the study is to see how the drug breaks down and enters the blood and tissues over time, and to observe whether the body will develop an immune reaction (sensitivity) to the drug.

Study drug and study procedures will be made available to you at no cost.

To qualify, you must:

  • Males at least 18 years of age
  • Have stable moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis and be a candidate for systemic therapy or phototherapy.


You will not qualify if you:

  • Have unstable cardiovascular, respiratory, kidney or psychiatric diseases.
  • Have other skin conditions (eg, eczema)
  • Have a history of drug or alcoholism abuse within 1 year before the start of the study.
