Summary: Pituitary Contribution to the Decline in Gonadotropin Secretion with Age

Postmenopausal Women Wanted for Research Study:

Help us study the effects of aging on hormone release.

The Reproductive Endocrine Unit at the Massachusetts General Hospital seeks healthy women ages 70-80 on no medications for a 2 ½ month research study.

There are three outpatient visits and two 28-hour inpatient visits. Participants will receive investigational medications, short-term estrogen treatment, and may receive progesterone treatment.
