Summary: Do You Suffer from Insomnia?

This is a 6-month research study for patients who have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or getting sufficient sleep.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Patients must be between 18 and 65 years old, and have had trouble sleeping for at least a month.


Patient Exclusion Criteria:

  • Drinking over 500 mg. of caffeine or more than 2 alcoholic drinks/ day is exclusionary.
