Summary: Chronic Pain
What does your gut tell you about your pain medicine? Millions
of Americans take medicine to fight chronic pain due to arthritis
and other conditions. But some pain medicines may actually increase
your risk for stomach ulcers.
Research studies are now under way in your area for an
investigational medicine that may offer both pain relief and
stomach protection. If you qualify, you will receive related
medical care at no cost and may be compensated for time and
travel.
Patient Inclusion Criteria:
- 18-49, Male & Female with documented, uncomplicated gastric
or duodenal ulcer within last 5 years.
- 50+ Male and Female do not require documentation of ulcer
- Active ulcer is not required
Patient Exclusion Criteria:
- Hypersensitivity to nexium or any inhibitor such as pepcid or
zantac.
