Summary: A Phase 3 Study for Hypertension

The primary objective of this study is to determin if darusentan is effective in those who have resistant hypertension, despite being treated with full doses of 3 or more antihypertensive drugs including a diuretic.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Male or female 35-80 years of age
  • Must have resistant hypertension
  • Taking at least 3 medications for hypertension
