Summary: Attention Diabetics!Attention Diabetics! Did you know there is a gene that may increase your risk for heart disease? We are currently screening diabetics to determine if they have the gene that may put them at an increased risk for heart disease. If you are a diabetic over the age of 60 or if you are a diabetic with a history of heart disease, you may qualify for a no-cost screening to determine if you have this gene. If you do, you may also have the opportunity to participate in a clinical research study of an investigational medication that may reduce that risk. Compensation of up to $925 for time and travel is available to
