Trial Information

Summary: Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Patients will have approximately 10 visits within 18 weeks. There will also be a possibility of entering a 12 month open-label study at the completion of visit 10. Rescue medication will be provided.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

• Male of female age 18 or older.
• Primary pain must be in the feet.

Patient Exclusion Criteria

• Uncontrolled Diabetes.
• History of a stroke, TIA, heart attack, or brain injury in the last year.
• Amputation of the foot or leg ulcers.
• History of seizure disorder or epilepsy in the last 10 years.
