Summary: Are you suffering from Fibromyalgia pain?

This is a 68-week,(13 office visits) open-label trial. The medication is hoped to improve or alleviate the pain, functional status, sleep, fatigue and mood disturbance that occur with people who have fibromyalgia.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

• Male or Female age 18 or older.
• Widespread pain present for at least 3 months.
• Comply with all study procedures.

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

• Patients with other severe pain that may confound assessment or self-evalutation of the pain associated with fibromyalgia.
• Any inflammatory disorders, active infections, or untreated endocrine disorders.
• Any history of psychiatric disorders, narrow angle glaucoma, stroke, TIA.
• No cancer within the last 2 years.
