Summary: Study for Patients with High Cholesterol who either have Coronary Heart Disease or are at risk for Coronary Heart Disease

A research study is currently being conducted for patients who have High Cholesterol and either have Coronary Heart Disease or are at risk for Coronary Heart Disease. If you are over 18 years of age, are otherwise healthy, and have one of the following conditions below, please contact us. The study will last for approximately 18 weeks, and you will need to come into the clinic approximately 7 times.

• Coronary Heart Disease
• Chronic Angina
• Stroke / Mini-Stroke
• Heart Surgery
• Stent / Angioplasty
• Atherosclerotic Heart Disease
• Diabetes
• Aortic Aneurysm

If you are eligible for the study, you will receive office visits, laboratory assessments, study procedures, and study medication at no cost.
