Summary: A Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Parallel-Group Study of
Subcutaneous MOA-728 for the Treatment of Opioid-Induced Constipation in Subjects
With Chronic Non-Malignant Pain

Are you suffering from chronic constipation from using opioid medications?


If so you may be eligible for a clinical research study at Brigham and Women’s Hospital investigating a study medication for constipation caused by opioid medications such as percocet or morphine.

You must be 18 years or older to participate.
The study is a 16-week trial consisting of 9
outpatient visits.

Qualified participants may receive compensation for time and travel.
