Summary: Are you having difficulty losing weight?

Wake Research Associates is conducting a research study of an investigational weight loss medication for men and women who have Type 2 Diabetes and are overweight or obese.

Qualified participants will receive, at no cost:

  • Study related medical examinations
  • Study related medication
  • One-to-One Counseling for diet and exercise

Qualified participants will receive compensation for their time and travel.

You may qualify to participate if you:

  • Are aged 18-65
  • Have Type 2 Diabetes
  • Use oral medication to help control symptoms of Diabetes 2
