If you have type 2 diabetes there are a few things you should
know.
A clinical study is under way to test the effectiveness of an
investigational drug in reducing heart and kidney health problems
in type 2 diabetics.
Researchers seek participants who:
- Are at least 35 years of age or older
- Have confirmed diagnosis of type 2 diabetes
- Have persistent kidney problems, OR a history of heart
disease
Study participants receive study-related medical care at no
cost, including physical exams, laboratory tests, and study-related
medication.
