Summary: Have your shingles healed but you still have pain?

If you have had a diagnosis of shingles at least 3 months ago but no more than 5 years ago you may qualify to take part in a research study using an investigational medication and placebo.

In order to qualify:

• You must be between 18 -85 years of age
• Diagnosed with shingles of the chest, abdomen or back (may extend on to the shoulders or hips)
• Be in general good health

Qualified participants may receive all study-related procedures and study medication or placebo at no charge.
