Summary: Protocol for a Research Sample Repository for Allogeneic Unrelated Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

You have/your child has been asked to participate in this research study because you are/your child is scheduled to receive an unrelated donor bone marrow, blood stem cell, or cord blood transplant facilitated by the National Marrow Donor Program^{â (}NMDP).  The purpose of this study is to collect pre-transplant blood samples that will be stored in the Research Sample Repository and may be used for research purposes.  Your/your child’s participation in this study is expected to last for the one-time collection of blood before transplant.
