Inclusion Criteria:

  • adult patients >=18 years of age;
  • chest pain;
  • dyspnea.

Exclusion Criteria:

  • onset of symptoms >=5 days before attending hospital;
  • therapeutic doses of heparin for >24 hours;
  • severe reanl insufficiency.

Gender: Males or Females
