Summary: Evaluation of the safety and tolerance of single ascending IV doses of Neu2000KL in healthy young and elderly volunteers.

Male and female elderly volunteers, aged >65 years, in good general health. Study requires 3 overnight stays and 2 follow-up visits.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Healthy male or females age 65 and older
  • Non-tobacco users

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

  • Significant mental or physical illness, including a history of alcohol and/or drug abuse.
