Summary: Liver Surgery and Ablation in Older Versus Younger Adults: Longitudinal Impact on Functional Status and Quality of Life

You have been asked to participate in this research study because you are about to undergo liver surgery or ablation.  The purpose of this study is to evaluate how age and physical functioning before surgery affects physical recovery after liver surgery or ablation.  Your participation in this study is expected to last until six months after your liver surgery or ablation.
