Summary: Clinical trial to test a study drug in elevated intraocular pressure

The purpose of this research study is to see the effect of 4 different doses of study drug on elevated intraocular pressure (fluid pressure in the eye).

Study drug and study procedures will be made available to you at no cost.

To qualify, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have been diagnosed with open angle glaucoma (OAG) or ocular hypertension (OHT)

You will not qualify if you:

  • Are pregnant or breast-feeding
  • Have had refractive surgery (radial keratotomy, PKR, LASIK, etc)
  • Have uncontrolled diabetes, hepatic, renal, cardiovascular and endocrine disorders.
  • Have participated in a clinical trial within the last 30 days
