Summary: Clinical trial to test a study drug in HIV
The purpose of this study is to see if an experimental drug for
HIV, vicriviroc, when taken in combination with a set of standard,
approved anti-HIV drugs selected by your doctor, can decrease the
level of HIV (viral load) in your blood.
Study drug and study procedures will be made available to you at
no cost.
To qualify, you must:
- Positive for HIV-1
- Be at least 18 years old
You will not qualify if you:
- Are pregnant or breast-feeding
- Have a history of Cancer
- Have liver cirrhosis
- Have participated in a clinical trial within the last 30
days.
