Trial Information

Summary: A 12-week, randomized, double blind, active-controlled, multi-center, phase IIIb study comparing the efficacy and evaluating the safety of an investigational medication in adult and adolescent Hispanic subjects with asthma.

If you are Hispanic and living with asthma.

Amedica Research Institute and Dr. Carmen Molina are studying the safety and effectiveness of a study medication for the treatment of asthma in the Hispanic population.

To be eligible to participate in this clinical research study, you must be Hispanic, take asthma medication daily, and be at least 12 years old.

Participants will receive study-related medical care and study-related medication at no cost. Health insurance is not needed. Compensation for time and travel may be offered.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Male or Female, Hispanic (self-reported), older then 12 years old.
  • Diagnosis of asthma

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

  • Been hospitalized at least once or required emergency treatment more than once for an asthma related condition in the previous 6 months.
