Summary: A Phase II, Open Label, Non Compariative, International, Multicenter Study to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of KU-0059436 Given Orally Twice Daily in Patients with Advanced BRCA-1 or BRCA2 Associated Breast Cancer

You have been asked to participate in this research study because you have advanced breast cancer that is associated with BRCA1 or BRCA2.  The purpose of this study is to see if the drug KU‑0059436 is effective and well tolerated in treating BRCA1- or BRCA2-associated advanced breast cancer. Your participation in this study is expected to last 8 months or longer.
