Trial Information
Summary: A Phase II Study of Rituximab-ABVD in Classical Hodgkin's Lymphoma
You have been asked to participate in this research study because you have been diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (HL). The purpose of this study is to do laboratory studies to investigate how Rituximab affects HL, to evaluate whether adding Rituximab to standard chemotherapy for HL improves survival of subjects with HL, and to evaluate the use of DNA biomarkers (chemicals in the blood associated with HL) and FDG-PET (a type of radiation imaging scan) to evaluate response to treatment. Your treatment on this study is expected to last 6 to 8 months but may be longer, especially if you receive radiation treatment. After your treatment on this study is over, your medical condition will be followed for up to 5 years.
