Summary: Longitudinal Molecular Profiling of Islet Recipient's Blood

You have been asked to participate in this research study because you are participating in the islet cell transplantation program.  The purpose of this additional study is to identify the factors in islet recipients that lead to poor islet graft function and/or to the loss of the islet graft.  Your participation in this study is expected to last six months from your final islet transplantation procedure.
