Summary: COG ANBL0032: Phase III Randomized Study Of Chimeric Antibody 14.18 (CH14.18) In High Risk Neuroblastoma Following Myeloablative Therapy And Autologous Stem Cell Rescue
You are/your child is being asked to take part in this study because you have/your child has been diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma. You/your child has already received and responded to chemotherapy, surgery, radiation therapy, and stem cell transplant treatment on study COG-A3973. The purpose of this companion study is to compare the ability of two treatment programs to improve the survival of subjects who responded to treatment on COG-A3973. This study will also evaluate these two treatment programs in terms of side effects and the results of various laboratory tests. Your/your child’s treatment on this study is expected to last approximately 24 to 25 weeks, depending on the treatment group to which you/your child are/is assigned. After your/your child’s treatment is over, your/your child’s medical condition will continue to be followed indefinitely.
