Summary: Acquisition of Leukapheresed Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells from Healthy Donors for use as Support Cells in Ex-Vivo T Cell Expansions

You have been asked to participate in this research study because you are a healthy, normal adult and you are able to donate white blood cells for research by undergoing a leukapheresis procedure.  These research activities are focused on developing ways to grow patient immune cells outside the body.  Following the leukapheresis procedure, your cells will be used as “feeder” cells in the laboratory for the growth and expansion of genetically modified T cells derived from patients.  Your participation in this study is limited to the donation of your white blood cells by the leukapheresis procedure that takes approximately 2- hours.
