Summary: Taking Daily Pain Medication?

Wake Research Associates is conducting a clinical research study of an investigational medication that may provide pain relief and reduce the risk of ulcers that may come with taking daily NSAID therapy.

Qualified participants may be compensated for their time and travel. All study-related medical care and diagnostic testing provided at no cost.

Inclusion Criteria: You may qualify to take part if:

  • You are between 18 and 49
  • Have a condition that requires you to take NSAID therapy for at least 6 months and have a history of gastric ulcers within the past 5 years

You may qualify to take part if you:

  • Are over 50 years of age
  • Have a condition that requires you to take NSAID therapy for at least 6 months
  • Do not have a history of ulcers
