Summary: Osteoporosis Trial Information

Osteoporosis is a disease of the bone that affects an estimated 75 million people worldwide and is characterized by fragile bone. We are conducting a research study evaluating an investigational medication in the treatment of low bone mineral density in women with osteoporosis.

Study Participants Must:

  • Be a postmenopausal female 55 years of age or older
  • Not have prior bisphosphonate use

Study Participants May Receive:

  • Study medication
  • Study-related physical exams and laboratory tests
  • Compensation for time and travel
