Trial Information
Summary: If the patient has Follicular Lymphoma and has not been treated previously for the disease, he/she may be eligible for this clinical trial.
Physicians are currently seeking subjects to participate in this
open-labeled, randomized, two-dose, parallel group, phase II
clinical research study of an investigational agent (ofatumumab).
Patients in the trial will receive one of two possible doses of
ofatumumab, a fully human monoclonal anti-CD20 antibody, in
combination with CHOP.
Qualified subjects receive all study-related evaluations and
procedures related to the study at no cost.
Inclusion Criteria:
- Patient with Follicular Lymphoma grade 1 - 3, stage III-IV, or
Bulky disease stage II
- ECOG Performance Status of 0, 1, or 2
- Age = 18 years
- Following receipt of verbal and written information about the
study, the patient must provide signed informed consent before any
study related activity is carried out
Exclusion Criteria:
- Any previous treatment for Follicular Lymphoma
- Clinical suspicion that the Follicular Lymphoma has transformed
to aggressive lymphoma
There are additional inclusion and exclusion criteria
that may be discussed with a study physician.
