Trial Information
Summary: Non – Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) - Adults and minors
People with non-small cell lung cancer are asked to participate
in a research study being conducted by Fernando J. Camacho, MD and
Mark A. Ramirez, MD, PC.
You may be eligible to participate in this study if
you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have been diagnosed with NSCLC
You may not participate in this study if
you:
- Are currently taking any anti-cancer therapy
- Have had treatment with any cytotoxic (cell-killing) agents
within the last 3 or 4 weeks
- Have any gastrointestinal abnormalities
- Have a known brain tumor
- Have a known history of HIV infection or chronic Hepatitis B or
C
- Have significant cardiovascular disease
- Had major surgery within 4 weeks
- Have dementia or significantly altered mental status
- Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or intend to become pregnant
during the study
- Have participated in another research study within the last 30
days
