Summary: Popular Diets Study

Researchers at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Children's Hospital Boston are studying the effects of losing 12.5% of your current weight over 3-4 months and then maintaining that weight loss for an additional 3-4 months.

Eligibility Criteria:
Overweight men and women ages 18 to 40 who are willing to come to the hospital Monday through Friday for the entire study may be eligible.
