Summary: Newly Diagnosed Glioblastoma Mutiforme (GBM) - Adults

People with cancer are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Mount Sinai School of Medicine.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • Are an Adult at least 18 years of age
  • Have newly confirmed diagnosis of GBM

You may not participate in this study if you:

  • Have active infection requiting treatment
  • Are receiving more than 2mg of dexamethasone or equivalent (as defined by the investigator) of systemic corticosteroid therapy
  • Have a history of alcohol or drug abuse
  • Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or intend to become pregnant during the study
  • Have participated in another research study within the last 60 days
