Summary: A Study to Investigate the Effect of Two Doses of CREON on Maldigestion in Patients with Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency Due to Chronic Pancreatitis

Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is carrying out a research study to find out how well an investigational drug called pancrealipase delayed release capsules (a reformulation of CREON capsules) works as a possible treatment for poor digestion due to chronic pancreatitis.

Compensation for time and travel will be provided.

The study requires that you must be:

  • 18 years or older
  • Suffering from chronic pancreatitis with a documented diagnosis
  • Interested in participating in a clinical study that closely monitors your health

Study participation includes, at no cost to you:

  • Study visits with experienced medical professionals
  • Study drug for up to 7 months
  • Consultation with a licensed dietitian
