Summary: Study on Health Effects of Breakfast Meals

UVa Health System, Department of Human Services and the General Clinical Research Center, seeks healthy adults ages 65 and older for research study.

The purpose of the study is to compare the health effects of four different breakfast meals. Study involves eating four different breakfast meals, each on a different day. On each occasion you will have blood drawn and have an ultrasound procedure on your arm. The study requires four outpatient visits, each lasting about 5 hours.

Compensation for study completion is $200.
