Summary: Study of Donepezil SR to Donepezil IR in Patients with Moderate to Severe Alzheimer’s Disease

Beth Israel Medical Center is currently conducting a research drug study to evaluate Donepezil SR to Donepezil IR in Patients with Moderate to Severe Alzheimer’s Disease.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if:

• You are Male/ Female who is at least 49-90 years of age
• Women must be non-childbearing potential and at least 1 year post-menopausal or surgically sterile
• You have a caregiver must be sufficiently familiar with the patient

You may not participate in this study if:

• No caregiver is available
• You have an elective surgical procedure during the treatment period
• You have participated in another research study within the last 3 months or are likely to join another research study during the course of this study
