Summary: Trial for Girls with McCune-Albright Syndrome
Girls with progressive precocious puberty due to McCune-Albright
Syndrome are asked to participate in a research study being
conducted by the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore Medical
Center.
Your child may be eligible to participate in this study
if your child:
- Is a female 10 years of age or younger
- Has been diagnosed with McCune-Albright Syndrome
- Has progressive precocious puberty
- Has advanced bone age
Your child may not participate in this study if your
child:
- Has been treated with fulvestrant previously
- Is pregnant or intend to become pregnant during the study
- Has a history of long-term anticoagulant therapy
