Summary: A Medical Research Study of Elective Stenting With the ZilverŪ PTXTM Drug-Eluting Vascular Stent In the Above-the-Knee Femoropopliteal Artery

NYU Medical Center is currently conducting a research study to evaluate how well a blocked artery is kept open by what is known as a drug-eluting vascular stent.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age

You may not participate in this study if you:

  • Are pregnant, breastfeeding or intend to become pregnant during the study
  • Have participated in another research study within the last 30 days or participating simultaneously in another investigational drug or device study
