Summary: Are you feeling depressed?

You may be eligible or qualify to participate in a clinical study in depression.

If you have been experiencing some of these symptoms for the past month, you may be suffering from depression.

• Feeling sad, overwhelmed, irritable, stressed out, or guilty
• Sleeping too long or too little
• Experiencing a change in appetite or weight without a medical reason
• Feeling worthless or that life is not worth living
• Thinking and moving slower than usual, being "slowed down"
• Having trouble concentrating or making decisions
• Losing interest or enjoyment in activities that you once enjoyed

Call today to learn more about the SAPPHIRE Trial if you:

• Are at least 66 years of age
• Have been feeling depressed for at least 4 weeks, but no more than 1 year

Additional criteria will be assessed to determine your eligibility for this study. All qualified participants will receive study drug or placebo and study-related exams at no cost.
