Summary: Volunteers Needed for Health Questionnaire

Researchers at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center are conducting a research survey study to better understand the health of relatives of inflammatory bowel disease patients. This part of the study includes people who do not have inflammatory bowel disease.

You may be eligible for this study if you:

• are at least 18 years old;
• do not have a diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease (either Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis) yourself;
• do not have a relative with inflammatory bowel disease (either Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis); and
• are willing to commit 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

This is a mail-back survey. Postage return is pre-paid.
